COMPENSATIONS
LOST KEYS
Should you lose your keys, and you are not covered by any other insurance including house insurance or car insurance policy or AA or RAC membership, report this to Wiltshire police obtaining their reference, and also report this to Cornerstone Community Hub. If the keys are not found within two weeks, we will reimburse you any losses on production of an invoice from a reputable key cutter, up to a maximum of £100 (refundable to us if keys turn up).
LOST WALLET OR PURSE – GET £50
As already stated, each member receives a card and this is likely to be with the lost items. Report the loss to us and the community hub and the Wiltshire police, and we will advertise it in the local paper, also report stolen or lost cards to your bank obtaining their reference number, keep and show any cash receipts if you have them. Subject to the above provisions we will reimburse you, after a lapse of three weeks, for any cash lost up to a maximum of £50.
D.I.Y ACCIDENTS – GET £50
You will need to prove you have not been paid out on such a policy or replaced or that it is not covered by your car or house policy or that of the head of your family. For injuries incurred by yourself only, subject to a note from a medical practitioner that they are more than superficial, we will make a one-off payment of £50 per annum – note this covers injuries incurred by yourself, not by third parties or injury to others.
